RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County
• of Eagle and State of Colorado, entered into an Agreement
of Sale and Purchase by Resolution dated the 7th day of
August A. D. 1939, with George A. Strohm of Gypsum, Eagle
County, Colorado, to sell to him the property commonly known
as the County Farm or the County Poor Farm located partially
in and partially adjoining the Town of Gypsum, Eagle County,
Colorado, and;
WHEREAS, said Resolution and Agreement provided for
certain payments to be made, aid;
WHEREAS, the greater portion of said payments have been
made, and;
WHEREAS, the said George A. Strohm is now in position to
411 make final payment and have delivered to him by the .County of
Eagle, State of Colorado Warranty� a Special Deed.
IT IS, Tau/MORE, RESOLVED That Forrest W. Cave, County
Treasurer of the County of Eagle and State of Colorado, be and
he hereby is made Commissioner of Deeds for the purpose only
of conveying by Special Warranty Deed in Joint .Tenancy the
property known as the County Farm or the County Poor Farm and
described by a metes and bounds description under that certain
description made by William H. Lea, , County Surveyor, and as
appears in the description of said Special Warranty Deed **rein
provided for.
Read, considered, passed and proved this 5th day of
April A. D. 1943. 4
