RESOLUTION

"WHEREAS, after careful consideration by this Board, it
appears necessary and for the best interest of the People of the County
to purchase Gno ,tuodal 4o international Coleman 4 Wheel Drive with K7
Motor, 6 cyl. 89.1-Hp with replaceable cylinders , 5 speed transmission
F51C and 2 speed Coleman sub giving 10 speeds forward 2 reverse , special
Coleman Power delivery joint , etc. Truck chassis #2275 , Motor #FAC
259-3130 H5 from H. W. MOORE EQUIPMENT COMPANY, for use of the County
on Eagle County road maintenance work, on the terms hereafter stated
and the sum of $3932.00 is the reasonable and agreed value of the said
equipment :
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board, purchase from
the said H. W. Moore Equipment Company the above articles for the sum
of $3932.00 payable to the said H. W. Moore Equipment Company, or its
assignee as follows : Trade in allowance on used Galion #70 grader,' with
horse hitch $300.00 , balance trade acceptances es follows dated June 4,
1941 with interest at 6%
$ 932.00 on or before July 4, 1941 $ on or before 19
$ 500 .00 on or before Aug 4 , 1941 * on or before 19
500.00 on or before Sept 4, 1941 on or before 19
$ 500.00 on or before Oct . 4 , 1941 * on or before 19
$ 500.00 on or before Nov. 4, 1941 on or before 19
$700. 00 on or before Dec . 4 , 1941 $ on or before 19

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, to evidence the said amounts payable ,
the Chairman of the Board with the attestation of the Clerk, shall be and
is hereby authorized to execute and deliver to said H. W. Moore Equipment
Company assignable trade acceptances , and a certificate or certificates
evidencing the above transaction and the agreement of the County to pay
H. W. Moore Equipment , or its assignee, for the purchase so made ; and
that it is understood that the said H. W. Moore Equipment Company may
assign its right to the said payments , and that its endorsement of the
said trade acceptances will be sufficient evidence of any such assign-
ment.
