RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF EAGLE COUNTY
WHEREAS, U. S. Highway No. 6 leaves U. S. Highway
411 No. 24 at or near the station known as Watts west of Minturn,
Eagle County, Colorado, and;
WHEREAS, in the construction of U.S. Highway No. 6.
up what is commonly called Gore Creek, Eagle County, Colorado,
and across Vail Pass, an overpass has been constructed at or
near Watts, and;
WHEREAS, the ranch properties along Gore Creek are -
now completely served by U.S. Highway No. 6, and;
WHEREAS, there is no longer any need of what is
commonly called the old county road and grade crossing at the
mouth of Gore Creek.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
. COMMISSIONERS OF EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO That said, grade cross-
ing be and the same is hereby authorized to be abandoned and
closed.
Read, considered, passed and approved in a regular
meeting held at Eagle, Colorado, this 4th day of August A. D.
