2. THIS PERMIT IS VALID ONLY FOR CONNECTION TO STRUCTURES WHICH HAVE FULLY COMPLIED WITH COUNTY ZONING AND BUILDING
REQUIREMENTS, CONNECTION TO OR USE WITH ANY DWELLING OR STRUCTURE NOT APPROVED BY THE ZONING AND BUILDING DEPARTMENTS
SHALL AUTOMATICALLY BE A VIOLATION OF A REQUIREMENT OF THE PERMIT BOTH LEGAL ACTION AND REVOCATION OF THE PERMIT.
3. CHAPTER IV, SECTION 4.03.29 REQUIRES ANY PERSON WHO CONSTRUCTS, ALTERS OR INSTALLS AN INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM TO

Enclosed is your ISDS Permit No. 1781-98. It is valid for 120 days. The enclosed copy of the
permit must be posted at the installation site. Any changes in plans or specifications
invalidates the permit unless otherwise approved.
Systems designed by a Registered Professional Engineer must be certified by the Engineer
indicating that the system was installed as specified. Eagle County does not perform final
inspections on engineer designed systems. Your TCO will not be issued until our office
receives this certification.
Permit specifications are minimum requirements only, and should be brought to the property
owner's attention.
This permit does not indicate conformance with other Eagle County requirements.

At the request of Chris Spiegel ft in Spiegel Conshuction, on October 16, 1998, we visited the
construction site on Lot 3, Cordillera Subdivision piling No. 3; Cagle CoOnty, Colorado. The ;purpose of
our site visit was to observe the installation of the septic system.
They installed the system in overall. compliance with -the septic system design, Drawing No.
9854SD.DWG, dated May 20, 1999. The system was installed. shown on the above nameddrawing.
They installed 1500 gallon, two eampaxtamts, a precast, coaicite septic tank. From the tank to the first
infiltrator trench was 10 feet.
Thk"-six Standard Jnfaltr*or Chambers were installe4 in three benches with 12 Infiltrators each.
The infiltrators were connected with serial distribution. In the last infiltrator of each trench, inspection
marts were installed. Horizontal distance from center to center of the trea4ches, was 9 feet or more. All
piping was SDR-35, 4-inch PVC. The depth of the trenches we's two to ti7tft feet. The soil profile in the
trenches was consistent with the soil described in the report by Complete Engincering Services, Inc. An as -
built sketch of the system., preparccd by the installer is included: .
