3. That all resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict
with the provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed.
4. That this Resolution, immediately upon its passage,
shall be recorded in the Book of Resolutions of the County kept for
that purpose and shall be authenticated by the signatures of the
Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners and the County Clerk
and Recorder, and that a certified copy of this Resolution shall
be submitted to the Petitioners for the purpose of filing in the
District Court of Eagle County, Colorado.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED This 4th day of December, 1972.
