Box 1412 Avon, CO 81620 RE: Inspection of Septic System Installation Lot IS, Creamery Ranch Eagle County, Colorado '77 Project No. 9864 - Permit No. 17W 98 Dear Rob: At the request of Steve, on August 28 and Septemmber 2, 1998, we visited the construction site on Lot 18, Creamery Ranch, near Edwards, Eagle County, Coltr4do, The pose of our site visits was to observe the installation of the septic system. They installed the system in. overall compliance with the septic system design, Drawing No. 9864SD.DWG, dated May 19,1998, The system was connected to the main residence, at tbi middle jog on the north side. They., installed 15 00-gallon, two Compartments, a precast, concrete septic tank. Forty-eight, Standard li fltrator Chambers Were installed. The first trench had 9 infiltrators, the second 12, the third 11, the fourth 10, and the last french had 6 Infilmmors, for a total of 48. TN infiltrators were connected with serial distribution. In the last in#'iltmtor of each trench, inspection pats were installed. Horizontal distance from center to center of the trenches, was 9 feet or more. All piping was SDR-35, 4-inch pvc.
