HomeMy WebLinkAboutR1971-07 Lake Creek Subdivision Second Filing x RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD,OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE IN THE STATE OF COLORADO • WHEREAS, there has heretofore been presented to The Board of County Commissioners a certain subdivision plat entitled Lake Creek Subdivision Second Filing, and WHEREAS, said subdivision plat has been approved by said Board and has been been filed for record as in such case is made and provided by law, and WHEREAS, said plat dedicated certain lands to public uses and purposes, and W EREAS, it now appears that a certain part of the property so dedicated to public uses and purposes is not necessary for said uses and purposes and is inimical to the economical and efficient use of the property by the owner, and WHEREAS, the Board has found that the continued dedication of a part of a utility easement, hereinafter described, will result in undue hardship to the owner thereof, • NOW TH1tErORE BE IT RESOLVED that The Board of County Commissioners vacate that part of the utility easement shown on :.aid plat described as follows: A tract of land Jeing a utility easement 151 in width and lying within Lot 8, Lake Creek Subdivision Second Filing as shown on plat thereof filed for record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Eagle County, Colorado, and more particularly described as follows : Beginning at Southerly corner of said Lot 8, which point is also the most Southerly boundary corner of L3keaimk Subdivision Second Filing; thence N.
