RESOLUTION
OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE IN THE STATE OF COlORADO
RELATIVE TO THE LIBRARY FUND
• WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 84, Article 1, Section 15, C. R. S. 1963, as
amended, (1967 Supp.), The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle,
Colorado, levied .38 of one mill for the Budget year of 1971 upon all real and
personal property within said County, for the establishment and maintenance of
a Library Fund, and
WHEREAS, the Garfield County Public Library which presently provides con—
tracted library services for the residents and citizens of Eagle County, is
located in the County of Garfield, Colorado, and said County of Garfield also
contains the largest assessed valuation of property for tax purposes within said
library district,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Treasurer of the County of Eagle,
Colorado, shall, on the first day of each month, or as soon thereafter as
convenient and practicable, render a report, accounting, and disbursement to
• the Treasurer of said County of Garfield as custodian provided by Statute of
the funds for the library, of all monies received and apportioned to said Library
Fund of said County of Eagle, during the reporting period, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered
to the Treasurer of said County of Eagle, as his authority in the premises.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting held this 1st
day of March, A. D. 1971.

and foregoing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution read, considered,
passed and approved by The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle,
at a regular meeting of said Board, held on the 1st day of March, A. D. 1971,
as the same appears of record in the official proceedings of said Board in my
office properly remaining.
