RESOLUTION FOR VACATION OF ROADS IN
RUED' SHORES SUBDIVISION, BLOCK 2, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
1111 WHEREAS, a request has heretofore been made for the vacation of all
streets and roads located in Ruedi Shores Subdivision, Block 2, as set
forth in that certain first amended subdivision plat to Ruedi Shores Sub-
division recorded in Book 218 at Page 265 of the records of Eagle County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it was never intended to dedicate
the streets and roads located in said Subdivision and that such dedication
was made in error, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that such vacation would not deprive
any person of access to his property; that the portion thereof hereinafter
vacated will not be required for public use, and that the same should be
vacated,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners of
411/ Eagle County, Colorado, does hereby declare vacated all roads within Ruedi
Shores Subdivision, Block 2, as more fully set forth in the first plat to
Ruedi Shores Subdivision, Block 2, recorded in Book 218 at Page 265 of the
records of Eagle County, Colorado.
READ, CONSIDERED, PASSED AND APPROVED at a special meeting held this
19th day of January, 1971.
