Home My WebLink AboutR1976-28 Adoption of Personnel Policies Affecting all Eagle County Employees • • RESOLUTION THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS • EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO WHEREAS, on January 1, 1976, this board adopted Personnel Policies affecting all employees of Eagle County; and, WHEREAS, the above mentioned policies have been in effect for approxi- mately one year; and, WHEREAS, problems have been found to exist with the policies as previously adopted; and, WHEREAS, it is the desire of this board to have a good working personnel system for Eagle County; and, WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has rewritten the Personnel Policies, a copy of which is attached and made a part of this resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the attached Personnel Policies • are hereby adopted and shall take affect at the time of adoption, and all employees shall abide by these Personnel Policies.
