RESOLUTION
HE IT HERE*:Y. RESOLVED by the Board of Directors
of EAGLE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT RESOJ that the sale of Block 23 ,
Town of Eagle, State of Colorado is hereby authorized and the
President and Secretary of said Board are hereby directed to
execute all documents necessary to effect the sale of said property
to the COUNTY OF EAGLE under the powers granted the Board by the
authority of Section 123-30-10 (6) 1963 CRS , as amended, and in
compliance therewith, and that subject property is not encumbered
by any lien arising through Bonded indebtedness of Eagle County
School District RE50J or Special School District No. 4 or any other
School District now dissolved or consolidated with and now a part
of said Eagle County School District RE50J.
ADOPTED this Ninth day of January, 1974.
