RESOLUTION
WHEREAS Eagle County has purchased BLOCK 23 , Town of
Eagle, State of Colorado, to be used for County purposes , and
WHEREAS a part of the structure , known as the Lunchroom,
located thereon, is presently being occupied by Roger Gifford
under the terms of a lease with Eagle County School District
RE 50 J which expires Ray 25 , 1974, and
WHEREAS , the Board finds that said building will not
be needed for public purposes until August 1, 1974 ,
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that the County lease
said premises to Roger H. Gifford for a term commencing
June 1, 1974 and ending August 1 , 1974 , at a rental of
Three Hundred Fifty Dollars per month.
