A petition to vacate a roadway lying entirely within the County of Eagle, Colorado, and described as: A parcel of land lying within a roadway dedicated as Black Gore Drive in a subdivision platted as Heather of Vail , Eagle County, Colorado described as: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 6 of said subdivision which point is on the Northeasterly line of Black Gore Drive; thence S53°30'E 60.00 feet along said Northeasterly line to a point of curve which is also the most Westerly corner of Lot 7; thence 112.43 feet along said Northeasterly line on the arc of a 107.35 foot radius curve to the right whose central angle is 60°00'26" and whose long chord bears S23°29'47"E 107.36 feet to the Southwest corner of Said Lot 7; thence S89°33'07"W 20.16 feet; thence Northerly 22.17 feet along the arc of a 125.00 foot radius curve to the left whose central angle is 10°09'40" and whose long chord bears N18°25'10"W 22.14 feet to a point of tangent; thence N23°30'W 79.37 feet to a point of curve; thence 52.36 feet along the arc of a 100.00 foot radius curve to the left whose central angle is 30°00' and whose long chord bears N38°30'W 51 .76 feet to the point of beginning, containing 3,082 square feet or 0.0707 acres more or less. has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, Colorado 2. The Board of County Commissioners has the power under C. R. S. 1963, • 120-14-3 (1 ) (c) to vacate any roadway located entirely within the County of Eagle, Colorado. 3. The vacation of the subject roadway will not leave any land adjoining the roadway without an established public road connecting said land with an established public road; nor will vacation of the subject roadway in any way affect any recorded easements necessary to bring utilities service to the surrounding property. 4. In exchange for the vacation of the subject roadway, petitioner is granting to the County of Eagle, Colorado, the following described: A parcel of land being part of Lot 8, Heather of Vail , Eagle County, Colorado described as: Beginning at the Southeast corner of saud Lot 8; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 8 on the arc of a 57.35 foot radius curve to the left whose central angle is 66°09'29" and whose long chord bears N20°25'17"W 62.60 feet to a point of tangent; thence N53°30'W 60.00 feet along said Northeasterly line of Lot 8; thence Southeasterly 26.18 feet along the 4111 arc of a 50.00 foot radius curve to the right whose central angle is 30.00' and whose long chord bears S38°30'E 25.88 feet to a point of tangent; thence S23°30'E 79.37 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot 8; thence N89°33'07"E 21 .68 feet along said South line to the point of beginning, containing 2,146 square feet or 0.0493 acres more or less, for road purposes. 5. After a full review of the petition, and other circumstances and hearing the Board of County Commissioners are of the opinion that vacating of the subject roadway should occur. • • y C NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle Colorado: 1 .
