COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 88
APPROVAL OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT — Vail Associates, Inc., Helistop
FILE NO. - ZS- 274 -88
WHEREAS, Vail Associates, Incorporated did file an application with
the Eagle County Department of Community Development on or about
October 1, 1988, within the Beaver Creek P. U. D. Zone District; and
WHEREAS, based on the evidence, testimony, exhibits, study of the
Master Plan for the unincorporated areas of Eagle County, comments of
the public officials and agencies, the recommendation of the Eagle
County Planning Commission, and comments from all interested parties,
the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado, finds as follows:
1. That proper publication and public notice was provided as
required by law for the hearing before the Planning Commission
and the Board of County Commissioners.
2. That the proposed special use conforms to the requirements of
the amended and restated PUD Guide for the Beaver Creek PUD.
3. That the proposed land use will be compatible with existing
uses in the area.
4. That for the above - stated and other reasons, the proposed
zoning is in the best interest of the health, safety, morals,
convenience, order, prosperity and welfare of the citizens of
Eagle County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado:
That the application of Vail Associates, Inc., File No. ZS- 274 -88,
for approval of a special use of a helicopter landing stop within the
Beaver Creek PUD Zone District in the following described unincorporated
area of Eagle County be approved:
Lot 6, Tract N, Sixth F-ilin =gs = -Beaver Creek Subdivision

THAT the following conditions shall be placed upon this approval
and that violation of any condition shall be the basis for revocation
of the permit:
1. At each annual review on or before November 22nd of each year,
the applicant must provide to the Eagle County Department of
Community Development a log of the landing dates, times,
numbers of passengers and owner(s) of the aircraft on each
flight.
2. The mitigation for blowing snow shall be the one proposed by
the applicant for these conditions.
THAT the Board of County Commissioners directs the Department of
Community Development to provide a copy of this Resolution to the
applicant.
MOVED, READ, AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its meeting held on
