HomeMy WebLinkAboutR88-124 McGrady Acres Minor PUD ApprovalRESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 88 - APPROVAL OF NCGRADY ACRES MINOR PUD - William Nottingham, Susan Nottingham, Randy Nottingham Estate FILE NO. - PD-274-88 S/P WHEREAS, George Petre for William Nottingham, Susan Nottingham, and the Randy Nottingham Estate, Drawer 400 Glenwood Springs, Colorado, 81801 did file an application with Eagle County Department of Community Development on or about July 21, 1988 and; Whereas, based on the evidence, testimony exhibits, study of the Master Plan for the unincorporated areas of Eagle County, comments of the public officials and agencies, the recommendation of the Eagle County Planning Commission, and the comments of all interested parties the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, finds as follows: i. That proper publication and public notice was provided as required by law for the hearing before the Planning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners. 2, That the proposed Minor PUD and Zone Change conforms to the requirements of the Eagle County Land Use Regulations. a. The required minimum of 25 percent has been provided. b. The density is appropriate and is consistent: with the Master Plan. C. The church site is appropriate for the area. L d. The appropriate mix of land uses has been provided. E. The parcel exceeds the minimum 5 acre requirement. f.
