the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 88- `! J
RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE EXCHANGE OF EQUIPMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF EAGLE AND THE TOWN OF
BRECKENRIDGE
WHEREAS, the County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter "County ")
owns certain property described as one Epoke Sander, type TKEB12, Serial
#121496, County Unit # 0885; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Breckenridge, State of Colorado (hereinafter "Town ")
owns certain property described as one Iberia Sander with New Auger and Spinner
with Hydraulic Controls out of truck; and
WHEREAS, the County desires to exchange with the Town the Epoke Sander
for the Iberia Sander; and
WHEREAS, the Road and Bridge Supervisor has reccommended the exchange;
and
WHEREAS, the County desires to authorize the Chairman of the Board of
County Commissioners of Eagle County, State of Colorado to execute the bill of
sale for the exchange of the two pieces of equipment between the County and the
Town.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County,
State of Colorado is hereby authorized to execute a bill of sale with the Town of
Breckenridge for the exchange of one Epoke Sander, owned by the County, for
one Iberia Sander, owned by the Town.
The Board finds, determines, and declares that this Resolution is necessary
for the health, safety, and welfare of the inhabitants of the County of Eagle,
State of Colorado.
