of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 88-31
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET
APPROPRIATION FOR THE CAPITAL EXPENDITURE FUND
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1988.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter the "Board "), is
in receipt of unanticipated revenue in the amount of Four
Thousand and no /100 Dollars ($4,000.00) from Interest earnings on
the Senior Center Construction Account; and
WHEREAS,the aforementioned revenue was not anticipated
at the time of the adoption of the 1988 budget, and /or such
revenue was not assured at the time of the adoption of the 1988
budget and therefore was not appropriated; and
WHEREAS, the Board has an unanticipated need to
appropriate a Fire Alarm system for the Senior Center in the
amount of $2,500.00; and a further unanticipated need to
appropriate in the amount of $1,500.00 to purchase furniture for
use at the National Guard facility; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned expenditures were not
anticipated at the time of the adoption of the 1988 budget, and
thus revenues were not appropriated for the payment of the same;
and
WHEREAS, the Board has the authority for expend such
unanticipated or unassured revenues by enacting a supplementary
budget and appropriation, pursuant to Section 29 -1 -11.6, C.R.S..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:

THAT, the Board hereby authorizes a supplementary
budget and appropriation in the total amount of $2,500.00 to the
County's Capital Expenditure Fund for the purpose of purchasing
a fire alarm system for the senior center herein, and further,
that the County's Capital Expenditure Fund be increased by like
amount.
THAT, the Board hereby authorizes a supplementary
budget and appropriation in the total amount of $1500.00 to the
County's Airport Fund for the purpose of purchasing furniture
for use by the National Guard, and further, that the County's
Airport Fund be increased by like amount.
THAT, the Treasurer of the county of Eagle is hereby
requested and directed to take all action necessary to effectuate
the intent of this Resolution.
THAT, pursuant to Section 29 -1 -11.6, C.R.S., this
Resolution, as proposed, has been published in full one time in a
newspaper having general circulation within the territorial
limits of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
THAT; the Eagle County Finance Officer is hereby
requested and directed to immediately transmit an original or
certified copy of this Resolution to the affected spending
agencies and the officer or employee of the County of Eagle whose
duty it is to draw warrants or orders for the payment of money.
THAT, the Eagle County Finance officer is hereby
further requested and directed to file an original or certified
copy of this resolution with the Division of Local Governments in
the Department of Local Affairs.
