Attachment to Change Order #2 for 7.0 miles
of Seal Coat Pavement resurfacing on Upper
Colorado River Road and Gypsum Creek Road
The following changes adjust contract items to final
as constructed quantities. The adjustments include a
decrease in the length of seal coat work accomplished
on Gypsum Creek Road because the actual Gypsum Town
boundary was determined to be further south than indicated
on the plans. The adjustments also include the application of
a second seal coat application (1/2" Cover Coat Aggregate)
to 0.25 miles of Upper Colorado River Road where the existing
surface was gravel, rather than pavement as anticipated by
the contract, due to the improvements by Eagle County forces.
