THIS CONTRACT MODIFICATTON, effective on the 1st day
of October, 1981 by and between the Northwest Colorado
Council of Governments hereinafter referred to as the
Issuing Agency and Eagle County hereinafter referred to
as the Subcontractor;
WHEREAS the Issuing Agency has engaged the Subcontractor
to render certain services under the original contract
and the Subcontractor has rendered those services in
connection with an undertaking which is being financed
by a Contract from the Balance of State/CETA Prime Sponsor;
AND, WHEREAS both parties to this Contract have acted
in good faith during the period of time the Contract has
been in effect;
AND, WHEREAS the Issuing Agency wishes to extend the
original contract through December 31, 1981;
NOW THEREFORE, both parties mutually agree as follows:
1) Reimburse^.ent to Subcontractor for training costs
associated with the training plan in page 2 of
Modification Contract 001 with the amount not to
exceed $2,199;
2) To add page 2 of modification as a training plan
supplement to the original training plan increasing
the training hours to a total of 2020 hours;
3) To keep all other agreements and assurances in the
original contract intact and in force.
