Gentlemen:
We certainly thank you for the opportunity of providing comparative
evaluations for the four sites being considered for the Eagle County
Criminal Justice Center.
We understand the scope of our work to be as follows:
1. Obtain all existing data pertaining to the four sites, and
the project program.
2. Develop preliminary schematic site plans for each of the
four sites.
3. Establish criteria for evaluating the four sites.
4. Conduct the evaluations.
5. Prepare a presentation of the findings for the County's use.
We propose to provide these services on an hourly basis, with our fee
not to exceed $5,000. Our hourly rates shall be as follows:
Messrs. Morter, Fisher, Arnold, AIA $60.00 per hour
James H. Johnson, FAIA $75.00 per hour
Professional Staff 2z times their
Direct Personnel
Expense
Included within the $5,000 maximum will be our long distance telephone
charges and travel expenses related to the work. Printing expenses for
the report shall be outside the limits of this agreement.
