the purchaser of music (hereinafter referred to as "EMPLOYER").
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS:
The Employer hereby engages the Artist and the Artist hereby agrees to furnish the entertainment presentation hereinafter
described, upon all the terms and conditions herein set forth:

TYPE OF ENGAGEMENT:
FULL WAGE AGREED UPON: $ 3000, 00
DEPOSIT RECEIVED (A) Deposit of $ 1000, 00 to be forwarded to and in the name of Artist's Agent,
McWING MANAGEMENT, INC., upon signing of this contract

Date: (B) Balance of $ 2000.00 shall be paid by the Employer to Artist as follows:
:i), cash to Nelson Baucom at the end of the engagement
SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND/OR INSTRUCTIONS:
ADDITIONAL. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If any employees have not been chosen upon the signing of this contract, the leader shall, as agent for the employer and under his instructions, hire such per-
sons and any replacements as are required for persons who for any reason do not perform any or all services. The employer shall at all times have complete
control over the services of employees under this contract, and the leader shall, as agent of the employer, enforce disciplinary measures for just cause, and
carry our instructions as to selections and manner of performance. The agreement of the emplovees to perform is subject to proven detention by sickness, ac-
cidents, or accidents to means of transportation, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond the control of the employees.
On behalf of the emplover the leader will distribute the amount received from the employer to the employees, including himself, as indicated on the opposite
side of this contract, or in place thereof an separate memorandum supplied to the employer at or before the commencement of the employment hereunder and
take and turn over to the employer receipts therefor from each employee, including himself. The amount paid to the leader includes the cost of transportation,
which will be reported by the leader to the employer.
The performances to be rendered pursuant to this agreement are not to be recorded, reproduced or transmitted from the place of performance, is any manner
or by any means whatsoever, in the absence of a specific written agreement between the employer and the Leader relating to and permitting such recording.,
reproduction or transmission.
Cost of repair or replacement of instruments or equipment incurred due to the action of the audience will be born by the employer.
The employer, in signing this contract himself, or having same signed by a representative, acknowledges his (her or their) authority to do .so and hereby
assumes liability for the amount stated herein.
That this instrument contains the entire agreement between the parties and that no statement, promises, or inducements made by any party hereto or agent or
representative of either party hereto, which is not contained in this written contract shall be valid or binding and this contract shall not be enlarged, modified
or allred except in writing signed by the parties and endorsed hereon.
Artist(s) and Employer agree that McW inc Management, Inc. has performed a valuable service to each of them and for this service agree with each other and
guarantee to Mewing Management, Inc. that should Artist(s) accept employment again from Employer within twelve (12) months next following play dale of
this contract, that Artist(s) and Employer will negotiate any .such play date through Mewing Management, Inc. and in the event .said future play dale is not
negotiated through McWing Managemen, Inc., then Artist(s) agree to pay Mewing Management, Inc.
