PROJECT/CONTRACT DESCRIPTION This document outlines the roles and
responsibilities of both Eagle County Information Technology Dept. and Co Dept. Of
Human Services, office of Information Technology (1/T) regarding the new Child
Welfare computer system (CYF). The basics of this agreement state that Eagle
County's I/T department will be the first response team for computer support. All
issues will be brought to them for initial solution. If the problem can not be
resolved, it is then elevated to the next level by our I/T staff. At which point the
State's I/T department will coordinate the resolution. These provisions are
predefined by the option Eagle County I/T dept. chose, Option I. Eagle County's I/T
Director has reviewed and agreed to the provisions and requirements stated herein.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION To approve the MOU
BASIS FOR RECOMMENDATION To proceed with the roll out of the state's new
Child Welfare computer system.
PROPOSED 11RDTION To approve the CYF Infrastructure Provisions and
Requirements.
