THI."• AGREEMENT is made this 2�th day of Mau-, 1999, by and between the county of Eagle,
state of Colorado (hereinafter referred to as "County'% by and through its Board of County
Commissioners/Fair Board; and Rick Murr.
WHEREAS, the County is the owner of certain real property located in the county of Eagle, state
of Colorado, which is used and commonly referred to as the "Eagle County Fairgrounds"; and
WHEREAS, the County desires to engage Rick Murr to judge the 4-H Sheep - Round Robin
Showmanship held on Saturday. August 7th at 9:00 a.m. at the Eagle County Fairgrounds.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein,
the parties hereto agree as follows:
AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT
1. The County represents it is duly authorized to enter into this Agreement pursuant to Sections
30-11-101, 10-11-103, and 10-11-107, C.R.S., as amended.
2. Rick Munn represents that he is duly authorized to enter into this Agreement for its intended
purposes.
COMPENSATION
3. County shall pay the sum of $50.QO dollars. Payment shall be due and payable upon
completion of service.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
4. This Agreement does not create an employee/employer relationship between parties. It is the
parties' intention that Rick urr will be an independent contractor and not an employee of
Eagle County for all purposes, including, but not limited to, the application of the Fair Labor
Standards Act minimum wage and overtime payments, Federal Insurance Contribution Act, the
Social Security Act, the federal Unemployment Tax Act, the provisions of the Internal Revenue
Code, Colorado Revenue and Tax laws, Colorado Worker's Compensation law and the Colorado
Unemployment Insurance laws.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN
Brett Kaysen
AND THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
THIS AGREEMENT is made this 12th day of Mav, 1949, by and between the county of Eagle,
state of Colorado (hereinafter referred to as "County"), by and through its Board of County
Commissioners/Fair Board; and Brett Kaysen.
WHEREAS, the County is the owner of certain real property located in the county of Eagle, state
of Colorado, which is used and commonly referred to as the "Eagle County Fairgrounds"; and
WHEREAS, the County- desires to engage Brett Kaysen to judge the 4-H Beef Show held on
Friday. August 6th at :00 a.m. at the Eagle County Fairgrounds.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein,
the parties hereto agree as follows:
AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT
1. The County represents it is duly authorized to enter into this Agreement pursuant to Sections
30-11-101, 10-11-103, and 10-11-107, C.R.S., as amended.
2. Brett Kaysen represents that he is duly authorized to enter into this Agreement for its
intended purposes.
COMPENSATION
3. County shall pay the sum of 150.00dollars. Payment shall be due and payable upon
completion of service.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
4. This Agreement does not create an employee/employer relationship between parties. It is the
parties' intention that Brett Kaysen will be an independent contractor and not an employee of
Eagle County for all purposes, including, but not limited to, the application of the Fair Labor
Standards Act minimum wage and overtime payments, Federal Insurance Contribution Act, the
Social Security Act, the federal Unemployment Tax Act, the provisions of the Internal Revenue
Code, Colorado Revenue and Tax laws, Colorado Worker's Compensation law and the Colorado
Unemployment Insurance laws..

the parties hereto agree as follows:
AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT
1. The County represents it is duly authorized to enter into this Agreement pursuant to Sections
30-11-1015 10-11-103, and 10-11-107, C.R.S., as amended.
2. Rita Herald represents that he is duly authorized to enter into this Agreement for its intended
purposes.
COMPENSATION
3. County shall pay the sum of $50.00 plus mileage. Payment shall be due and payable upon
completion of service.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
4. This Agreement does not create an employee/employer relationship between parties. It is the
parties' intention that Rita Herald will be an independent contractor and not an employee of
Eagle County for all purposes, including, but not limited to, the application of the Fair Labor
Standards Act minimum wage and overtime payments, Federal Insurance Contribution Act, the
Social Security Act, the federal Unemployment Tax Act, the provisions of the Internal Revenue
Code, Colorado Revenue and Tax laws, Colorado Worker's Compensation law and the Colorado
Unemployment Insurance laws.
