R E S O L U T I O N
OF
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION 89 -1jo
ESTABLISHING ELECTION PRECINCTS OF EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable and in the best interest of the
voters of the County to change boundaries of the heretofore established
election precincts, to divide one precinct into two and re- establish the
boundaries of all election precincts in the County;
AND WHEREAS, the Board has caused a Map of said election precincts to
be prepared, has inspected and approved same and is having a duplicate
original of this Resolution and said Map filed in the Office of the County
Clerk & Recorder of said County as permanent record;
AND WHEREAS, it is recognized by the Board it has been difficult to
prepare accurate particularized description of the boundaries of various
precincts, owing to the fact some portions of the County are in unsurveyed
territory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, in the event the particularized
descriptions of the various precincts set forth in Exhibit "A hereto
attached, said Map shall prevail and take precedence over said
particularized descriptions as the ultimate authority for determining the
boundaries of the respective precincts;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, said Map and the particularized
descriptions of the precincts set forth in Exhibit °A" attached hereto,
are declared to be the election precincts of Eagle County.
MOVED, READ AND UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED by the
Commissioners of the Counpy of Eagle, Colorado,

Grande Western Railroad tracks; thence easterly along Interstate 70 to the
intersection with Vail Road; thence southerly along said road to Mill Creek
Road; thence southeasterly along said road to the northerly ridgeline of Vail
Mountain; thence northwesterly along said ridgeline to an unnamed drainage;
thence northeasterly along said drainage to its intersection with the Town
of Vail boundary; thence following said Town of Vail Boundary in a southeasterly
direction to the intersection with Interstate 70; thence southeasterly along
