DELIVERY The Sweeper shall be delivered by seller tc buyer FOB Eagle County Regional Airport, Gypsum, Colorado, not later than August 30th 1999 Buyer shall have a period of __ days after delivery to accept the Sweeper. PRICE AND PAYMENT The purchase price for the Sweeper is $ 146,762.00 . The purchase pric- shall be paid in one lump sum; and it shall become due upon acceptance of the Sweeper, payable within 30 days after that acceptance.
