PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
THIS PROP RTMANAGEMENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT is made and entered into this
day of GY�-o b s 2002, between Eagle County, by and through its Board of County
Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as "County") and the Eagle Riverview Affordable Housing
Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") to renew and amend the Property Management
Agreement dated September 25, 2001 ("Original Agreement'D, whereby County agreed to manage
the property of Owner known as the Riverview Apartments.
In consideration of the terms and conditions of the Original Agreement, the sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, County and Owner agree that this Amendment shall replace and supersede
the section of the Original Agreement as stated hereunder.
ARTICLE 2, Term, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following effective
September 31, 2002:

Term
Subject to and upon the terms and conditions set forth herein, or in any exhibit or
addendum hereto, this Agreement shall continue in force, ending at 11:59 p.m. on
September 31, 2003, subject, however, to the termination provisions in Article 13.
If any conflict exists between the provisions of this Amendment and the Original Agreement, the
provisions of this Amendment shall control.
All terms and conditions of the Original Agreement, as may be amended from time to time, shall
remain in full force and effect, except as they expressly are amended herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment on the day and year first
above written.
