Buyer and Seller agree to amend the aforesaid contract as follows:
1. The parOes agree tbat the legal description for the Property described above and in
paragraph 2b of the original contract to buy and sell real estate dated July 23, 2002 is hereby
amended such that the complete legal description attached to this Amendmeax as Exhibit A shall
control_
All other teams and conditions ofthe Contract shall remain the same.
