1. ALL INSTALLATIONS MUST COMPLY WITH LEAGLE COUNTY INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM REGULATIONS. ADOPTED PURSUANT
TO AUTHORITY GRANTED IN 25-10- 104. 1973, AS AMENDED.
2. THIS PERMIT IS VALID ONLY FOR CONNECTION TO STRUCTURES WHICH HAVE FULLY COMPLIED WITH COUNTY ZONING AND BUILDING REQUIREMENTS. CONNECTION
TO OR USE WITH ANY DWELLING OR STRUCTURE NOT APPROVED BY THE ZONING AND BUILDING DEPARTMENTS SHALL AUTOMATICALLY BE A VIOLATION OF A
REQUIREMENT OF THE PERMIT AND CAUSE FOR BOTH LEGAL ACTION AND REVOCATION OF THE PERMIT.
3. CHAPTER IV, SECTION 4.03.29 REQUIRES ANY PERSON WHO CONSTRUCTS. ALTERS OR INSTALLS AN INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM TO BE LICENSED.

He wants a re -inspection next week. Since you are the only one in I thought I would let you know what I told him to
do.
What is currently his second trench will become his first. He needs to fix the connection between the two trenches.
He will remove 8 or 9 units from the long trench to make a third trench. Make sure his connection is ok because he
is having some problems.
I did say that he could cover up the middle parts of the first two trenches, but to leave the ends open. Also watch the
end plates because he's not doing well there either.
I also said that it was ok to cover the tank and pipe run down to the last clean out.
I don't think that we need a deeper soil profile hole because the deep part of the system is near the start of the
trench and with the removal of those units into a third trench he comes up to a depth of about five feet.
He knows that he will owe $42.60.
Good luck!! It is really muddy out there. I hope this all makes sense.
