COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 89-
RESOLUTION APPOINTING JAMES DUNN SCHOLER
SOCIAL SERVICES DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, Mabel Risch, Eagle County Social Services Director
tendered her resignation effective March 24, 1989, and the Board
of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado
(hereinafter referred to as "the Board") in their capacity as Eagle
County Board of Social Services, accepted such resignation; and
WHEREAS, after a lengthy recruiting and interviewing process,
the Board has determined James Dunn Scholer to be the most professional
and responsible candidate for the Eagle County Social Services
Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, James Dunn Scholer is hereby appointed Eagle County Social
Services Director effective June 14, 1989 to serve at the will of
the Board, until the first regular meeting of the Board in fiscal
year 1990, or such date as the Board may deem appropriate.
