the following Resolution:
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 89-

WHEREAS, William Heiden, former Eagle County Road and Bridge
Supervisor, tendered his resignation effective August 30, 1988, and
the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado (hereinafter referred to as "the Board ") accepted such
resignation; and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined Dondld W. Fessler to be the
most professional and responsible candidate for the Eagle County
Road and Bridge Supervisor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, Donald W. Fessler, Acting Road and Bridge Supervisor,
is hereby appointed Road and Bridge Supervisor effective upon the
adoption of this Resolution.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the day of p) -;eej 1989.
