The purpose of Qur site visit was to inspect the installation of the septic system. They installed the SjrStil7l in overall compliance with the 5�ptic system design, Drawing No 0134SD.DWG, dated April 10, 200p. The system was installed as shown oil the attached, as -built sketch. They installed a 1500-gallon, two compartinents, a precast, concrete Septic tank. A cleanout was installed between the Douse and the septic tank. Thirty-six, Standard .Infiltrator Chambers were installed in three trenches with 12 infiltrators in each. The infiltrators were connected with serial distribution. In the first and last infiltrator of each trench, inspection ports were installed. The effluent line was Sch. 40 PVC and was double encased over the crossing with the water line with 6-inoh Sch. 40 PVC. Cleanouts were constructed on both eiids of the double encasement.
