FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN
EAGLE COUNTY, COLOR -ADO
AND
VICTOR CORDERO, PsyD
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("First Amendment") is effective as of 3/31/2023 by and
between VICTOR CORDERO, PsyD (hereinafter "Consultant" or "Contractor") and Eagle
County, Colorado, a body corporate and politic (hereinafter "County").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, County and Consultant entered into an agreement dated the 12t' day of May, 2022,
for certain Services (the "Original Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the Original Agreement contemplated that the Consultant would perform certain
Services with compensation in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the County desires to have Consultant perform additional Services for additional
compensation as set forth below; and
WHEREAS, the term of the Original Agreement expires on the 31 st day of May, 2024 and the
parties desire to extend the term for an additional year.
FIRST AMENDMENT
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the mutual rights and obligations as
set forth below, the parties agree as follows:
The Original Agreement shall be amended to include additional Services as described
in Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
2. The compensation for the additional Services set forth in Exhibit 1 shall not exceed
$10,000.00 or a total maximum compensation under the Original Agreement and this
First Amendment of $20,000.00.
3. The term of the Original Agreement is hereby extended to the 31 st day of May, 2024.
4. Capitalized terms in this First Amendment will have the same meaning as in the
Original Agreement. To the extent that the terms and provisions of the First
Amendment conflict with, modify or supplement portions of the Original Agreement,
the terms and provisions contained in this First Amendment shall govern and control
the rights and obligations of the parties.
5. Except as expressly altered, modified and changed in this First Amendment, all terms
and provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and are
hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects as of the date hereof.

6. This First Amendment shall be binding on the parties hereto, their heirs, executors,
successors, and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the
Original Agreement the day and year first above written.

EXHIBIT 1
Payment and Fee Schedule: County will compensate Contractor for performance of
services as follows:
(1) Psychological Evaluation - $150 per hour;
(2) Mental Health Evaluation - $150 per hour;
(3) Parent Child Interactional Evaluation - $120 per hour;
(4) Capacity/Competency Evaluations - $150 per hour;
(5) Behavioral Assessment - $150 per hour;
(6) Neuropsychological/Cognitive Testing - $170 per hour;
(7) Psychosexual Evaluations - $150 per hour;
(8) Court testimony (portal to portal) - $350/hr. (portal to portal, wait time, testimony)
$120/hr for preparation attorney consultation pre -hearing (billed on 1/4 hour);
(9) Case management services (report writing) - $35 per hour;
(10) Attendance at Family Engagement Meetings (also called Individual Service &
Support Team meetings) - $50 per hour.
(11) Individual therapy - $100 per hour for In Office Services and $110 per hour for In
Home/ Off Site/Bilingual Services;
(12) Sex Abuse Specific Therapy - $100 per hour for In Office Services and $110 per hour
for In Home/Off Site/Bilingual Services;
(13) Group therapy services - $45 per hour
(14) Therapeutic supervised visitation - $90 per hour for In Office Services and $100 per
hour for In Home/ Off Site/Bilingual Services;
(15) Supervised visitation - $50 per hour for In Office Services and $60 per hour for In
Home/Off Site/Bilingual Services;
(16) Life Skills - $55 per hour for In Office Services and $65 per hour for In Home/Off
Site/Bilingual Services;
