NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD AS FOLLOWS: 1. RETURN TO ACTIVE STATUS. The Board hereby declares that the District shall return to active status pursuant to § 32-1-104(3)(b), C.R.S., effective immediately.
