RE: Issuance of Individual Sewage Disposal System
Permit No. 1455-95 Tax Parcel #2111-084-02-007.
Property Location: 930 Mayne St., Horse Pasture
Subdivision, Gypsum, CO. Dahl residence.
Enclosed is your ISDS Permit No. 1455-95. It is valid for 120
days. The enclosed copy of the permit must be posted at the
installation site. Any changes in plans or specifications
invalidates the permit unless otherwise approved. Please call
our office well in advance for the final inspection.
Installation must be completed by December 1 for all new
construction for which permits were issued prior to November 15.
Permit specifications are minimum requirements only, and should
be brought to the property owner's attention.
This permit does not indicate conformance with other Eagle County
requirements.

Thank you for considering the Environmental Health Department in your approval process for Tom & Chris LaVenture's building
permit. Adding a bathroom to an existing septic system as they have proposed, will not necessitate any intervention by our
department due to the fact that all plumbing connections are internal to the building.
During our discussions with Mr. LaVenture, it was revealed that he proposes to extend a water line from the building to an outside
greenhouse. It was noted that the water line may come close to the existing building sewer. As such, it is recommended that the
water line be sleeved or encased where that water line comes within 10 feet of the sewer line.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
