AMENDMENT OF LEASE
THIS Lease Amendment is made and entered into this L day of 2004
between Eagle County, by and through its Board of County Commissioners reinafter
referred to as "Landlord") and Cher and Don Ivie (hereinafter referred to as "Tenants').
Landlord and Tenants entered into a Lease Agreement dated August 1, 2002 ("Original
Lease") for the property described as 19214 Colorado River Rd..
In consideration of the terms and conditions of the Original Lease, the sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, Landlord and Tenants agree that this Amendment shall
replace and supersede the section of the Original Lease as stated hereunder.
Paragraph 15, Pets, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following
effective upon execution of this Lease Amendment by all parties:
"Paragraph 15 - Pets
Pets. Two pets (dogs and cats only) shall be permitted on the premises with a damage
deposit of $39A � Tenant shall be responsible for any damage caused by said pets."

Landlord and Tenants agree that, except as expressly altered, modified and changed in
this Lease Amendment, all terms and provisions of the Original Lease shall remain in full
force and effect, and hereby are ratified and confirmed in all respects as of the date
hereof.
If any conflict exists between the provisions of this Lease Amendment and the Original
Lease, the provisions of this Lease Amendment shall control.
This Lease Amendment shall be binding on the parties hereto, their heirs, executors,
successors, and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Lease Amendment on the day
and year first above written.
