RESOLUTION NO. 89- L
RESOLUTION CONCERNING APPOINTMENT
TO THS
EAGLE COUNTY AIRPORT COMMISSION

WHEREAS, the Board has received and reviewed applications
submitted by persons desiring to sit on the Eagle County Airport
Commission, and wishes to make certain appointments at this time;
and
WHEREAS, the following appointments do not constitute
contractual obligations of the County of-Eagle nor of the Board;
and the County and the Board are not legally bound for the
respective terms of appointment or designation as specified
hereinbelow, the County, by and through the Board, having the
authority, in its sole discretion, to change, add, and abolish such
appointments and designations and to fill vacancies therefor as it
sees fit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the following individuals be and are hereby appointed
to serve at the will of the Board of County Commissioners as
regular members of the Eagle County Airport (Advisory) Commission
for a term commencing January 1, 1989 and ending on the dates set
forth below:
Edwin McManus, Jr. Term expires January 1, 1993
Kent Myers Term expires January 1, 1993
THAT, Larry Ast, Noel R. Harris, and K.T. Gazunis be and
hereby appointed as alternate members of the Eagle County Airport
(Advisory) Commission to serve at the will of the Board of County
Commissioners for terms commencing January 1, 1989, and ending the
first regular meeting day of the Board in fiscal year 1990.

THAT, the Board finds, determines, and declares that this
Resolution is necessary. for the public health, safety and welfare
of the residents of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, S ate of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the ~ day of 1989.
