HomeMy WebLinkAbout2022 Annual Report -Tree Farm MD TREE FARM METROPOLITAN DISTRICT ANNUAL REPORT FOR REPORT YEAR 2022 EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO This annual report is submitted to Eagle County consistent with Section XII of the Service Plan for the Tree Farm Metropolitan District (the “District”). A. Boundary changes made or proposed. During the report year of 2022, the Board of Directors did not make or propose any changes to the boundaries of the District. B. Intergovernmental Agreements with other governmental bodies entered into or proposed. During the report year of 2022, the District did not enter into or propose any intergovernmental agreements with other governmental bodies. C. Changes or proposed changes in the District's policies. During the report year of 2022, the District did not make or propose any changes to its policies. D. Changes or proposed changes in the District's operations. During the report year of 2022, the District did not make or propose any changes to its operations. E. Any changes in the financial status of the District, including revenue projections, or operating costs. Financial Status - see attached 2023 budget (Attachment A), which includes the District’s revenues and expenditures for the year 2022 Revenues received were on target compared to the 2022 budget. Expenditures of the district were favorable compared to the budget. Public improvements are anticipated to be completed in 2023, utilizing the funds remaining in the Project Fund. F. A summary of any litigation which involves the District. During the report year of 2022, the District was not involved in any litigation, and is not currently involved in any litigation. DN 7518103.2 G. Proposed plans for the year immediately following the year summarized in the annual report. In 2023, the District will continue to plan for the provision of public improvements and services as set forth in the District’s Service Plan and 2023 budget. H. Status of Public Improvement Construction Schedule. The following is a list of Public Improvement Construction Items that began in 2022 and each item’s expected completion date: General: Viewing Deck Platform August 15, 2022 (Completed) Lake Trail Concrete August 31, 2022 (Completed) Lighting (Ballard Street Lights) August 31, 2022 (Completed) Asphalt August 17, 2022 (Completed) Pavement Marking September 5, 2023 Sign Panels with Support September 5, 2023 Landscape: Community Garden/Playground August 2, 2022 (Completed) Tree Farm Dr./Kodiak Dr. August 15, 2023 Site Furnishings August 6, 2022 (Completed) Plaza: Concrete-Flower Pattern August 15, 2023 Concrete Plaza August 15, 2023 Landscape August 30, 2023 Lighting August 30, 2023 Site Furnishings August 30, 2023 I.
