of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 90- it %
1991 FISCAL BUDGET MILL LEVY
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of December, 1990, the Eagle County
Assessor certified to the Board of County Commissioners, a total
assessed valuation of $604,774,700.00; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has approved
Resolution 90 -121, adopting the Eagle County Budget and making
appropriations for the fiscal year 1991; and
WHEREAS, the annual budget of Eagle County, Colorado, for
fiscal year 1991 requires the generation of property tax revenue
for the various County Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved and authorized by the Board of
County Commissioners of Eagle County, Colorado:
1. That a property tax levy of Five and Eight Hundred Sixteen
Thousandths mills (5.816 mills) for the General Fund is approved.
2. That a property tax levy of Two and Three Hundred Twenty -
One Thousandths mills (2.321 mills) for the Road and Bridge Fund
is approved;
3. That a property tax levy of Four Hundred Seventy -Nine
Thousandths mills (0.479 mills) for the Social Services Fund is
approved;
4. That a property tax levy of Two Hundred Thirty -Five
Thousandths mills (0.235 mills) for the Capital Expenditures Fund
is approved;
5. That a property tax levy of Two Hundred Fifty -Three
Thousandths mills (0.253 mills) for the Retirement Fund is
approved;
6. That a property tax levy of Two Hundred Forty -Four
Thousandths mills (0.244 mills) for the Contingency Reserve Fund
is approved;

7. That a property tax levy of Three Hundred Eighty -Two
Thousandths mills (0.382 mills) for the Insurance Reserve Fund is
approved;
8. That a property tax levy of Six Hundred Eighty -Four
Thousandths mills (0.684 mills) for the Debt Service Fund is
approved;
And that the total combined mill levy for these eight funds
will be Ten and Four Hundred Fourteen Thousandths mills (10.414
mills) for fiscal year 1991.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
