BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 90- IJy
APPOINTING JAMES NIMON TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE EAGLE CEMETERY ASSOCIATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated December 3, 1945, the Board of
County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado
(hereinafter "the Board "), created the Eagle Cemetery Association
District (hereinafter "the District "); and
WHEREAS, the Board is empowered by Section 30 -20 -803, C.R.S.,
to fill vacancies on the District's Board; and
WHEREAS, a six -year term on the District's Board became vacant
on September 2, 1990; and
WHEREAS, James Nimon has indicated his interest in serving on
the District's Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT James Nimon be and is hereby appointed a Director of said
District's Board, for the term ending September 2, 1996, or until
his successor is duly appointed.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the Count�f Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the 6 day of November, 1990.
