BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 90- //z
APPOINTING
THE RED CLIFF WATER
WHEREAS, on or about
William Bergmann, and Ted
positions as Directors of
Sanitation District; and
MEMBERS TO SERVE ON
AND SANITATION DISTRICT BOARD
November 7, 1990, Victor Cisneros,
Warren, did resign their respective
he Board of the Red Cliff Water and
WHEREAS, Section 32 -1 -850 (2), C.R.S., empowers the county
commissioners of the county in which a special district is located
to make appointments to the district's board when vacancies are not
filled by the district's board; and
WHEREAS, the Red Cliff Water and Sanitation District is a
special district located within the County of Eagle, State of
Colorado; and
WHEREAS, Messrs Cisneros, Bergmann, and Warren, did comprise
the entire Board of Directors of said District, and there are no
Directors remaining to fill the vacancies on said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT, the following be and are hereby appointed Directors of
the Board of the Red Cliff Water and Sanitation Board, effective
immediately:
Walter Fox
Lorraine Lopez
Ted Warren
Sharon Iversen
Cathy Wilson
THAT, Harry Gray be and is hereby appointed as alternate
member to the District's Board, who shall be seated in the absence
of a regular member.
THAT, each appointment
following shall occur:

1. Until December 31, 1991, or until each successor is sworn
into office;
2. In the event of earlier resignation, until each respec-
tive successor is appointed;
3. Until the Red Cliff Water and Sanitation District be
dissolved.
THAT, this action is necessary for the health, safety and
welfare of the citizens of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the Count of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
