Re: Dissolution of Edwards Community Authority
Dear Ms. Vigil,
Please be advised that the Edwards Community Authority (ECA) has been dissolved by a
vote of the Board of Directors at a meeting held on April 13, 2016. The Authority has
subsequently filed a final 2017 Budget and 2016 Application for Exemption from Audit
and does not anticipate submitting any additional filings due to dissolving this
organization.
