This being a scheduled Public Hearing,the following items were presented to the Board of County
Commissioners for their consideration:
Planning File - Eagle County Room
1. CRMPI-ZS 9170-2021 Special Use Permit
Trent Hyatt, Community Development
Executive Summary: Special Use Permit for a resort recreational facility, one home business,one home
occupation, an accessory dwelling unit, and detached structures("Application") submitted by Maya Ward-Karet
("Representative")on behalf of Jerome Osentowski("Applicant"and"Owner").
Trent Hyatt,Deputy Director of Community Development,presented the tabling request. The applicant
wished to table the hearing until January 10,2023.
Matt Peterson,Assistant Eagle County Attorney, noted that Trent Hyatt was present in El Jebel where the
hearing was noticed, and it appeared that no members of the public were present. There were no members of the
public in Eagle as well.
Commissioner Chandler-Henry moved to table File No. CRMP ZS 9170-2021 Special Use Permit to
January 10, 2023 in El Jebel.
Commissioner Scherr seconded the motion. The vote was declared unanimous.
