of BELLYACHE RIDGE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT and dated 08/14/1989,
remains in effect, subject to all its agreements, conditions, and limitations.
This Verification is executed upon the express condition that the Company's liability
under said bond and all continuations thereof shall not be cumulative and shall in no
event exceed the sum of TEN THOUSAND & 00/100 Dollars ($ 10,000.00).
