RESOLUTION NO. 90-
IN RE THE NATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF
THE VAIL VALLEY CONSOLIDATED WATER DISTRICT
FOR A 1041 PERMIT
WHEREAS, on March 17, 1987, the Board of County Commissioners
v of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado ( "the Board ") received
a an initial application for a 1041 permit from the Vail Valley
Consolidated Water District ( "Applicant ") for the enlargement of
the Black Lake #1 Reservoir; and
W 0 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 89 -78, at the request of Applicant
x for an enlargement of time, the Board set May 15, 1990, to hear
Applicant's Amended Application and evidence in support thereof;
and

0 ¢ WHEREAS, Applicant has requested that its Amended Application

o be considered by a joint hearing of the Eagle and Colorado Valley
0 o Planning Commission and the Board; and

WHEREAS, at its regular public meeting of May 15, 1990, the
�J Board determined to table this matter to a time convenient for said
�} joint hearing.

M n NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:

W THAT, the Eagle and Colorado Valley Planning Commission shall
7u� review the record of the proceedings on this application so that
it may properly consider the application.

i13r THAT Applicant's Amended Application for a 1041 Permit be and
;41W is hereby set for joint hearing before the Board and the Eagle and
Colorado Valley Planning Commission, commencing at 10:00 o'clock
0JW a.m. on Monday, August 27, 1990, and continuing thereafter as the
Qz Board shall determine.

THAT, the Eagle and Colorado Valley Planning Commission shall
make a recommendation to the Board on the Amended Application.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
