BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 61
REAPPOINTING EDWARD P. RUDER TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE MINTURN CEMETERY ASSOCIATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, June 16, 1986, in accordance with the requirements
of Section 30 -20 -803, C.R.S., the Eagle County Board of County
Commissioners did appoint Edward P. Ruder to the Board of Directors
of the Minturn Cemetery Association District; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Ruder's term expires on June 16, 1990, and he has
expressed an interest in and willingness to continue serving as a
member of the Board of said Cemetery Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT Edward P. Ruder be and is hereby reappointed to the Board
of Directors of the Minturn Cemetery Association District, for a
term to continue to June 16, 1996, or until his successor shall
have been appointed.
THAT this resolution necessary for the health, safety and
welfare of the citizens of Eagle County, Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the day of June, 1990.
