This Google Cloud Platform Ordering Document Amendment (the “Amendment”) by and between SADA
Systems, Inc. (“SADA”) and Customer (as defined above) amends the Google Cloud Platform Ordering
Document (“Ordering Document”), by and between SADA and Customer, dated October 4, 2022 (“Ordering
Document”) and shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Ordering Document, and the Google
Cloud Platform Customer Agreement (“GCP Customer Agreement”) by and between SADA and Customer
on October 4, 2022 (collectively, the “Agreement”). All terms and conditions not explicitly amended in this
Amendment remain in full force and effect unchanged except as modified by this Amendment. All
capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment shall have the same meanings as in the Agreement. In
the event of a conflict between the terms of the Agreement and the terms of this Amendment, the terms
of this Amendment shall govern. The Ordering Document shall be amended as follows:
Payment Terms:
1.The following paragraph in the Payment Terms section of the Ordering Document is hereby
deleted in its entirety:
Invoices are sent monthly based on the GCP Consumption Fees. Payment is due within
30 days of receiving an invoice. Payment is in US Dollars and is accepted by check,
ACH/EFT.
The following shall replace it in the same Section and location in the Ordering Document:

Payment is due within 30 days of receiving an invoice. Payment is in US Dollars and is accepted by check,
ACH/EFT.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS READ THIS AMENDMENT, AND UNDERSTANDS AND
AGREES TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS.
