of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COIINTY CONIl~lISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO
RESOLUTION NO. 90- SZ~
CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS TO THE EAGLE COUNTY FAIRBOARD
WHEREAS, certain terms on the Eagle County Fairboard expired
at the end of December, 1989, and the Board of County Commissioners
("the Board") deferred making appointments at that time; and
WHEREAS, on or about April 16, 1990, Claude Wood resigned his
position on the Eagle County Fairboard; and
WHEREAS, the Fairboard has made recommendations to the Board,
and the Board desires to make appointments to fill said vacancies
at this time; and
WHEREAS, the Board further desires to correct and amend
certain terms of the Eagle County Fairboard in order to conform to
the intent of the Board in making previous appointments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT the following persons be and are hereby appointed as
regular members to the Eagle County Fairboard, for terms to expire
at the conclusion of the first regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners in Fiscal Year 1993, or until their successors
shall have been appointed:
Ren Satterfield Rarer Greenman
Tom Harris Jo-An Barnett
Linda Jones

THAT the following persons be and are hereby appointed as
alternate members to the Eagle County Fairboard, for terms expiring
at the conclusion of the first regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners in Fiscal Year 1991, or until their successors
shall have been appointed:
Sumner Schlegel
Tina Estes
THAT the terms of the following Fairboard members be and are
amended to continue through the first regular meeting of the Board
of County Commissioners in Fiscal Year 1991, or until their
successors shall have been appointed:
Dan Baker
Tina Sweatt
THAT the terms of the following Fairboard members be and are
hereby corrected to reflect the intent of the Board in Resolution
No. 89-05; that is, that said terms shall continue through the
first regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners in
Fiscal Year 1992, or until their successors shall have been
appointed:
Bettie Hobbs
Trent Eichler
Dewain Burton
Dan Wilson
THAT this resolution is necessary for the public health,
safety and welfare of the citizens of Eagle County, Colorado.
MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
held the 7th day of May, 1990.
