of the following Resolution:
BOARD OF COUNTY CONIl~lISSIONERS
COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO

RESOLIITION NO. 90- ~ i
CONCERNING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
EAGLE COUNTY BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 30-28-206, et seq., C.R.S., and
Section 3.11, Eagle County Land Use Regulations, the Board of
- County Commissioners ("the-Board") has established the Building
Board of Appeals to hear appeals from decisions of the Eagle County
Building Official; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two members of said Board of Appeals
have expired; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to reappoint Peter D. Monroe to a
successive term; and to appoint Fred Kessler to fill the remaining
vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO:
THAT Peter D. Monroe be reappointed, and Fred Kessler also be
appointed to the Building Board of Appeals for terms expiring
March 1, 1995, or until their successors shall have been
designated.
THAT the Board shall continue to solicit applications for
alternate positions to the Board.
THAT this resolution is necessary for the public health,
safety and welfare of the citizens of Eagle County, Colorado.

MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, at its regular meeting
