Any changes in plans or specifications invalidates the permit unless otherwise approved. Please call our office well in advance for the final inspection. The final inspection is to be done before any portion of the installed system is covered. The deadline for the final inspections done by Eagle County Environmental Health is December 1. Systems designed by a Registered Professional Engineer must be certified by the Engineer indicating that the system was installed as specified. Eagle County does not perform final inspections on engineer designed systems. Be aware that the specifications on the permit are minimum requirements only. Installers should bring this to the attention of the property owner. This permit does not indicate conformance with other Eagle County requirements. The Baker residence ,is located in Lot 16, Filing 2, Cordillera Subdivision. The General Contractor for the project is George, Shaeffer Construction Company and,the sub -contractor installing the septic. system 'was Speigel Construction, Chris Speigel, Owner. Jerome Gamba & Associates, Inc. performed an inspection of the septic system on July 23, 1992. The original septic tank and dosing tank arrangement was replaced by a combination tank that included the septic tank and 'the dosing chamber in the same structure. The tank was supplied by Kemp &.Co., Jim Kemp, Owner. The capacity of the septic chamber is 1255 gallons. The bottom two leaching trenches were installed at the time of - inspection -and an elevation check of the infiltrator placement was performed. The system was constructed level within 0.02' from the front to the back.of the leach trench (see attached plan view for -- as -built dimensions).
