HomeMy WebLinkAboutR90-025 State Perform Electrical Inspections in Basalt/El Jebel Commissioner )?/' moved adoption of the following Resolution: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION NO. 90 -25 Resolution Authorizing the State to Perform Electrical Inspections in the Basalt /El Jebel Area. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado (hereinafter the referred to as the "Board "), desires to have the Colorado State Electrical Board be responsible for conducting electrical inspections in the Basalt /El Jebel area of Eagle County; and WHEREAS, pursuant to § 12 -23 -115, C.R.S., the Colorado State Electrical Board is authorized to appoint electricians to perform state electrical inspections; and WHEREAS, the Colorado State Electrical Board has agreed to perform state electrical inspections in the Basalt /E1 Jebel Area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO: THAT, the Board hereby determines that the Colorado State Electrical Board shall be responsible for performing state electrical inspections in the Basalt /E1 Jebel area as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference and in compliance with the Uniform Electrical Code. THAT, a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the Colorado State Electrical Board. THAT, the Board finds, determines and declares that this Resolution is necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the County of Eagle, State of Colorado. • MOVED, READ AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of the Coutt of Eagle, S ate of Colorado, at its regular meeting held the i day of y & , 1990, nunc pro tunc, March 1, 1990.
